The company’s newest move will further strengthen its capability to handle the ever increasing needs of resellers who demand a seamless integration between the large numbers of ERP, CRM and Accounting applications.
VSiF provides out-of-box connections with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and GP. The newly announced integration will help resellers to manage sales operations efficiently, simply order to shipment processes, eliminate the cost of proprietary integrations and allow the users to share and transfer data between VARStreet and their internal business management solutions. Apart from the transfer of confirmed transactions to these two CRM applications for record keeping purpose, VSiF with its latest builds brings following features for resellers:
- Confirmed sales orders are transferred as Sales orders. It ensures the business transaction integrity even in NAV and GP systems all the time. The customer information, product information is created in NAV and GP if it does not exist.
- VARStreet customer contact information is always linked with each other so that any update in customer profile either updated by customer or reseller is transferred to NAV and GP.
- Confirmed Purchase orders are transferred as Purchase Orders. The link between purchase order and sales order is maintained in order to maintain the inventory levels within the system.
- Ability to handle custom requirements.
