The software updates have been introduced after taking feedback from multiple VARStreet users. The recent enhancements on the platform include three new distribution connections, viz., TelQuest International, Waxie, and ADI Global. Other enhancements include live price and availability checks for users connected to ScanSource distributor and a new feature to pull Synnex quotations into the VARStreet quoting platform.
Apart from these, new features have been introduced on new stores created using the latest technology. This includes the ability to hide transactions on the storefront, making product quantities non-editable on quotes, and adding the 'user group' feature for improved store management.
Introduction of new maintenance and renewal modules in the back office systems and a dedicated dashboard to generate daily business reports. The additions that have been included from customer feedback are the ability to compare prices from third-party eCommerce portals like Staples, CDW, Dell, Amazon, etc. directly within the quoting application.
