Previously document library was available only for older version of Store.
Now the document library has also been introduced for the new Responsive store. This will allow the user to create document widget. Moreover, the user can also link the document to header menu.
A new flag called ‘Do not Allow RFQ’ has been introduced for Guest User in Responsive Store.

Use Case -> When this flag is checked, the system will not allow guest user in Responsive store to request for quote. The label for “Request for Quote” is also now editable where you can define your own label for “Request for Quote”.
Added a new variable “Distributor Name” in PO Template on Send tab of Purchase Order. This variable displays the distributor name in PO email body.
A new flag called ‘Show Payment Term’ has been introduced in Store Setup and in Customer Master. If either of the flag is unchecked, then the Payment Terms will neither be displayed in a cart nor will it be displayed in a contact’s profile

A new privilege called ‘For Credit card Sales Orders, do not allow new user to create Purchase Order if credit card is not Authorized / Charged’ has been introduced at Sales Rep profile level. If this flag is checked then the system will not allow user to create Purchase Order if Quote/ Sales Order is not Authorized or Charged.

A new flag called ‘Do not allow duplicate PO Number’ has been introduced at Customer Level. When this flag is checked, it will not allow user to convert Cart/Quote to Sales Order if any of the previous transaction of that customer has the same customer PO number.

A new field called ‘Mobile’ has been introduced in ‘Personal Details’ section of Users. This will allow users to store their Mobile No. in ‘Personal Details’. The Mobile No will be visible on all transaction documents including Quote, Sales Order and Purchase Order.
‘Default Shipment Method’ has been introduced in ‘Distributors Page’ for all distributors. This will allow user to setup default shipment method for all the distributors.
In case the flag ‘Prefer Default Shipment Method’ is checked, the default shipping method will always be preferred over other methods of shipping.

Previously user could select only one brand before applying filter to product search result page of Responsive store.
Now the system will allow user to select multiple brands before applying filter to product search result page of Responsive store.
Previously, users couldn’t delete invoices.
Now user can delete invoice provided the user has permission to delete the invoices.
PS: The invoices are available on store if “Invoice” feature is activated for your VARStreet account and provided your VARStreet account is integrated with your accounting application where you generate the invoices.
The display length of text box fields in transactions like Quote, Sales Order and purchase order has been increased.
Use Case -> When the text is lengthy, the increased length of textbox field will allow user to view the entire text.
Previously Export option was available only for Contacts from contact Listing Page in Customer Master.
Now Export option has been added for Customer (Companies) Listing Page as well in customer master.
Previously there was no provision to customize label for ‘In Stock’ in Product Details Page of Responsive store.
Now system will allow user to customize label for ‘In Stock’ in Product Details Page of Responsive store.
Previously user could upload Contacts only by using Customer Name in the contact upload file.
Now system will allow user to upload Contacts either by Customer ID or Customer Name. If both are specified then Customer ID will precede over Customer Name.
Previously user could not create and upload data in Excel file for Non-SEWP Contract
Now system will allow user to create and upload data in Excel file for non-SEWP Contract
A new dropdown called ‘Actions’ has been introduced in Store Setup for Responsive Store. The dropdown menu has two options, viz. Activate and Deactivate. User can now mark the script as Active and only active scripts will be rendered on Store.

Previously, tooltip was showing HTML entities/tags whenever the mouse is hovered over Product Title.
The issue has been fixed. Now tooltip will show correct information whenever mouse is hovered over Product Title.
Previously, on Responsive store system was not displaying any error in shopping cart while paying with Credit Card as a Payment method, even when the incorrect credentials are saved in BackOffice.
We have fixed the issue. System will now display the message “Error occurred while processing payment request. Your card has not been charged for this request, please try again." if incorrect credentials are saved for payment gateway in BackOffice.
Previously, tax exempt flag was default checked when Creating Customer from “General” tab of Sales Order or Quote.
Now customer will have to manually check the tax exempt flag when creating customer from ‘General’ tab of Sales Order or Quote.
Previously, system was not giving option to select PayPal checkout as a payment method on Responsive Store if the PO Details were set as “Not Applicable” in BackOffice under business rule for PayPal Checkout Payment method.
The issue has been fixed, now system will allow user to select PayPal checkout as payment method while checking out a cart on Responsive store even if the customer PO Details are set as Not Applicable.
Previously ‘Enter Cost Centers in Free Form’ flag was not working as expected on Responsive Store.
Now ‘Enter Cost Centers in Free Form’ flag will work as expected. Checking this flag will allow user to create Cost Center in free form in the shopping cart on Responsive Store.
