On responsive store, whenever the end customer was clicking on ‘Forgot password link’ on login page, system was sending the password in the email to the user.
Now, on responsive store, whenever the end customer clicks ‘Forgot password link’, system will send a ‘reset password’ link on his email id. Using this link, the end customer can now reset (change) his password. This ‘reset password’ link will expire after 24 hours.

Now a Customer Id (in brackets) will be visible beside Customer Name in Questionaire, Discount Coupon, Customer/Contact and Store Messages.
Use Case - Previously, user was finding it difficult to identify customers with same name. Hence, to resolve this issue, a unique Customer Id will be generated by the system and appear beside Customer Name.
A new privilege called Can user define Rules (Discount/Discount Coupon/Sell/Handling/Freight)?’ has been introduced for VARStreet users.

When this privilege flag is not checked, the ‘Rules Menu’ will not be visible for that user.
Also, whenever a non-admin user tries to access the Rules menu, a message highlighting ‘restricted access’ will be displayed.
Use Case - Previously, any sales rep was able to access several administrative features like create/delete discounts, freight, handling rules etc. This new privilege has been introduced in order to restrict access of non-admin users.
The label ‘Save as Default Address’ has been changed to ‘Save as Default Contact Address’ in Edit Screen of Contact Address Book for BackOffice.
The label ‘Save as Default Address’ has been changed to ‘Save as Default Company Address’ in Edit Screen of Company Address Book for BackOffice.
These changes will be automatically reflected in Address Book on Storefront (both New Store and Responsive store).
Previously, ‘report for guest cart’ was available in Sales Report and Sales Summary Report.
Now, ‘report for guest cart’ will be available under eCommerce Tab. Guest Carts with customer/contact information will be displayed in the Report.

Previously users were using “Product Matrix Image (160 px * 160 px)” option in under Store Customization for Rstore to upload images for Category Matrix widget.
Now, a separate option called “Category Matrix Image (200px * 200px)” option in image library under Store Customization has been introduced for Rstore to upload images for Category Matrix Widget.

Previously, PunchOut customers for Rstore could submit cart with $0 products.
Now PunchOut customers for Rstore could not submit cart with $0 products. Now they can only ‘Request a Quote’ for $0 products in cart.
Previously, Quotes with ‘Requested Status’ on Store under ‘My Accounts’ were editable.
Now Quotes with ‘Requested Status’ on Store under ‘My Accounts’ are non-editable. These Quotes can only be previewed by end customers. Once the sales order responds to the Quotes, the customer can checkout those transactions
Previously, there was no status for carts that were created from quote.
Now, system will display ‘CLOSED (RFQ)’ status for carts that have been created from quote. The cart will also contain quote reference. This status has been introduced to keep track of carts that have been created from quote.
Previously, whenever any end customer was accessing custom pages that were deleted from store customization, system was displaying blank page with header and footer.
Now whenever an end customer will access custom pages that has been deleted, system will display ‘Page not found’ text.
On responsive store, product comparison page URL was a generic URL. Hence the end customer was unable to copy and open it in another browser.
Now on responsive store, product comparison page URL is specific/detailed URL, containing ids of products that have been selected for comparison. So now the end customer can copy the URL and open it in another system or browser.
Previously, ‘Stock’ filters were not being displayed in mobile view of Responsive store.
The issue has now been fixed. Now ‘Stock’ filter is being displayed on mobile view of Responsive store.
Previously, on Responsive Store, Favicon icon was not being displayed on first load of store.
Now, on Responsive store, Favicon icon is being displayed as the store loads.
Previously, system was preventing user (sales rep) to enter multiple email-ids in secondary email field under ‘Personal Details’ of Users Page. The user could enter just one email-id in secondary email field
The issue has now been fixed. Now, system will allow user (sales rep) to enter multiple email-ids in secondary email field under ‘Personal Details’ of Users Page.
Previously, comments entered in a Cart was not being retained during checkout. In other words, comments were getting saved only when a user would click on ‘Continue Checkout’ or ‘Quick Checkout’ button. Comments were not being retained when performing other activities such as PDF, Print, Save and Copy button.
The issue has now been resolved. Now, comments entered will be retained irrespective of the activities you perform on Cart Page.
