Previously, contract module was available only on New Store
Now contract module is also available on Responsive store. In Store Setup, an option has been introduced to select Contract catalog. If the flag 'Allowed Guest User' has been set, then the contract catalog will be visible to Guest users of store.
Contract brands, categories, subcategories will be available in widgets
When a contract customer logs in to store, system will ask customer to log in with contract assigned to them.
A new tab menu called “Password Policy” has been introduced under Store Setup for Responsive store. This option will allow user to define and set password policy for Responsive store customers.
The customer has to follow 'password policy' rules while creating a password. For instance, the user can decide minimum/maximum password length. User can also decide whether to include lowercase/uppercase/special characters in the password.
To access this password policy option go to-- eCommerce>>Store>>Setup>>Mobile Store>>Password Policy
Similarly, password policy can be defined and set for BackOffice users (sales reps) of responsive store.
To access this option go to-- Admin>>Account Settings>>Password Policy
On Responsive store, a new option called 'Request a Quote' has been introduced for guest carts. This will enable guest user to get better pricing for specific orders.
A new widget called 'Quick Links' has been introduced at BackOffice for responsive store. This widget will allow the customer to get a quick access of specified links. Using this widget, user can set links for pages, categories, subcategories, brands, in a single widget. On clicking of links, user will be redirected to respective pages.
A new freight rule called 'Order Weight' has been introduced in VARStreet BackOffice.
Using this option, freight will be calculated based on the total weight of the order.
To access this freight rule go to --> Admin>>Rules>>Freight>>New>>Order Weight>>
This rule will be applied when summation of weights of all line items sits in the defined order weight From – To Range.
Use Case--> When user wants to charge freight based on weight of total line item present in Cart/Quote, he will choose this freight rule.
Previously system was not calculating freight for product configuration
Now, system will also calculate the freight of product configuration.
A new flag called “Charge Freight” has been introduced at component level for product configuration.
If this flag is checked, system will calculate the freight of the components as well.
If this flag is unchecked, system will calculate only the freight of the main product and exclude the components.
Also, introduced option to define configuration dimensions (weight, width, height, depth/length) at header level. The freight of the main product will be calculated only when its configuration dimensions are defined.
The system will show the combined freight charges for main product as well as its components in the Shipping Calculator.
In general, freight of product configuration = header level freight + component level freight
P.S.--> Freight of components will always come from services (FedEx, UPS etc.)
Previously, system was not displaying lead's/opportunity's or Contact's default address while creating activity
Now, system will display lead's/opportunity's or Contact's default while creating activity.
Previously only Admin users could update company address in Address Book on Responsive store
A new flag called “Allow Non-Admin User to Update Company Address” has been introduced in Customer & Contact. When this flag is checked, even non-admin users can update company address in Address book on Responsive store
To access this flag go to- BO>>Customers/Contacts>>Company Details Page>>Configuration section>> Allow Non-Admin User to Update Company Address
Now, any Customer Remarks in Company Details Page will be auto-populated in Transactions (Quote/SO), whenever a Quote/SO is created for that specific customer.
Previously, user could delete sales order for which partial purchase order has been created.
The issue has now been fixed. Now user cannot delete sales order for which partial order has been created.
Previously, after changing the default address from address book, the newly set default address was not getting displayed in newly created cart on Store.

Previously system was giving error whenever Customer was adding more than 4000 characters in Comments box on Store's Item tab.

Previously, user was unable to sort opportunities in CRM by 'Created On' and 'Modified On' date.

On Responsive Store's Header, magnified glass was not clearly visible and search text was overlapping.
