Introduced a Second Estimated Ship Date Email Notification that will go to Sales Rep once the order has been Shipped
A new email template called "Estimated Shipment to Sales Person" has been introduced in eCommerce Setup under Notification.
This email notification will be triggered to sales rep whenever the estimated ship date has been updated in VS. It will be sent to transaction sales rep.
The user can send this email to more than one sales rep by adding multiple email IDs separated by semi-colon in CC
Modifications to Existing Features
Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) will now be displayed at line item level for Cart, Quote and Sales Order (Canada Customers Only)
Before Release
Previously EHF was applied directly on Cart/Quote/SO amount and displayed below SubTotal.
After Release
EHF will now be displayed at line item level in Cart, Quote and SO.
System will display product unit price as (product price + EHF) for each product on Cart, Quote and SO.
System will display price breakup on quote and sales order print preview, cart items list page, Checkout page and Cart Preview
This enhancement is applicable for all provinces in Canada including Brunswick and Quebec.
Bug Fixes
Estimated Ship Date or Notes not visible on Packing Slip when Shipping Carrier not Selected on Tracking Details Page
Before Release
Previously if the user hadn't selected a shipping carrier on tracking details page, the packing slip was not showing the Estimated Ship Date or Notes on the PDF export.
After Release
The issue has been fixed. Now the packing slip will show the Estimated Ship Date or 'Notes' irrespective of whether the user selects a shipping carrier or not on tracking details page.
User unable to exclude Brands which were numeric from Store Catalog
Before Release
Previously user was not able to exclude brands which were numeric and had dollar ($) in it from Store catalog.
After Release
The issue has been fixed. Now user will be able to exclude and include numeric brands and that has dollar ($) in it from Store Catalog.
System not giving Precedence to Special Pricing Distributor while Sourcing Bundle Components
Before Release
Even after uploading special pricing distributor for customer, system gave precedence to other distributor, instead of special pricing distributor for sourcing bundle components.
After Release
This was happening because the system was not fetching the correct data from Bid Number field on Store, resulting in wrong source being selected.
This issue has been fixed. Now system will always give precedence to special pricing distributor for sourcing bundle components.
System Delinking Quote from Opportunity once it is Confirmed on Store
Before Release
Previously when the end customer was confirming a quote on Store, system was delinking the quote from the opportunity under that company/contact name.
After Release
Previously when the end customer was confirming a quote on Store, system was delinking the quote from the opportunity under that company/contact name.
