Introduced Ability to Hide Tax Percentage on Transactions on the Latest Version of Store
Now user can decide whether to display or hide tax percentage on Cart, Quote, Sales Order on Store.
A new flag called “Hide Tax Percentage on Transaction” has been introduced under eCommerce store setup.
To access this flag go to BO>>eCommerce>>Store>>Setup>>Display Section>>Display Settings>>Hide Tax Percentage on Transaction
If this flag is checked, then tax percentage will be hidden in checkout summary section of Cart, Quote and Sales Order as well as preview of transactions.
If this flag is unchecked, then tax percentage will be visible in checkout summary section of Cart, Quote and Sales Order as well as transaction preview.
Modifications to Existing Features
System will Now Handle Two-Level of Mandatory Add-Ons on the Latest Version of Store
Previously, system was handling only one-level of mandatory add-on. This means, if a user was adding a product to the Cart then its mandatory add-on would also be automatically added to the cart.
The system will now handle two-level of mandatory add-ons. When an add-on, marked as mandatory, is added for a product and there is another mandatory add-on for that add-on, then both these mandatory add-ons will be added to the shopping cart.
System Unable to Cancel Purchase Order (PO)
Previously, even after clicking on the ‘cancel PO’ button, the status of the PO, did not change to ‘Cancelled’.
This was happening because the user had not entered the reason for cancellation in comments field in ‘Terms’ Tab. Also, the system did not prompt the user to enter the Cancellation reason. It was only redirecting the user to the ‘Terms’ Tab.
Now upon clicking the ‘Cancel PO’ button, the system will be prompted with the right message if the comments field in ‘Terms’ tab is blank.
System was not populating List Price and Cost of Products while Importing Quotes from TD Synnex Portal
When importing quotes from TD Synnex portal, system was not populating Cost and List Price of Products.
The issue has been fixed. Now while importing quotes from TD Synnex portal, system will populate cost and list price of products from catalog feed if the product is available in the catalog feed. If the product is not available in the catalog feed, the list price and cost will be set as $0
System Not Validating Incorrect Phone No. on Shipping Address Tab during Cart/ Quote Checkout on Latest Version of Store
Previously, user was entering incorrect phone no. in ‘Billing Address’ section and then copying it to ‘Shipping Address’ section using the “Same as Billing Address” option. However, the phone no. field in ‘Shipping Address’ section did not validate the incorrect data entry.
The issue has now been fixed. Whenever incorrect phone no. is copied in ‘Shipping Address’ section using the “Same as Billing Address” option, the system will validate the incorrect data entry in Phone no. field.
