Bug Fixes

Third-Party Systems were Receiving Duplicate Transactions requests from VARStreet

Before Release

  • Third-party systems like Zoho, Salesforce, QuickBooks, etc., were receiving duplicate transactions (Quotes and Sales Order) requests from VARStreet. This was happening because the user was clicking the "Send To" button (under Send Tab) of Quote/SO multiple times.

After Release

  • To resolve this issue, system will now prevent the user from clicking the ‘Send To’ button more than once. The button will be greyed out once the user clicks on the 'Send To' button of Quote and SO. This will ensure that duplicate transaction requests are not sent to other integrated applications.
  • When the user makes any changes in the Quote/SO or the sync fails, the system will allow the user to click the 'Send To' button again.

User Unable to Create EHF Exemption Rule when Catalog Name for Manufacturer is same for both 'My Catalog' and 'VARStreet' Catalog (Canada Users only)

Before Release

  • While creating EHF Exemption rule for My Catalog, user was setting the manufacturer to Lenovo Group Limited [My Catalog]. However, after saving the change, the value was getting reverted to Lenovo Group Limited [VARStreet]. This was happening because the catalog name for manufacturer was same for both 'My Catalog' and 'VARStreet' catalog.

After Release

  • The issue has now been fixed. Now even if the catalog name for manufacturer is same for both 'My Catalog' and 'VARStreet' catalog, user will be able to create EHF Exemption rule for My Catalog.
