  • The users can also decide how often they can send the follow-up notifications before the end date of the items. The user has to enter the frequency period in the “Followup notification frequency” textbox.
  • Based on the notification time and line item ‘End Date’ of Quote/SO, the system will trigger the first follow-up renewal reminder notification to the end customer and salesperson.

Bug Fixes

The cart was not following the parallel approval workflow on the latest version of the store

Before Release

  • Previously, the cart did not go through the parallel approval process. In a parallel approval workflow, multiple approvers receive and approve the cart at the same time. In this case, the cart had to go through 2-stage parallel approval process. Although the cart went through multiple approvers in the first stage, it did not go through the second stage approval process.

After Release

  • The issue has been fixed. Now whenever a parallel approval workflow has been created and applied to a cart, it will go through all the stages of the approval process.

SEO Meta Tags added through the ‘Product Content’ module are not visible on the Product Details Page

Before Release

  • Previously, the SEO meta tags added through “Product Content” module under Marketing, were not visible on the product details page. For instance, after adding SEO meta tags, the Publisher name did not appear on the bundles and configuration details page.

After Release

  • The issue has been fixed. Now SEO meta tags added through the “Product Content” module will be visible on the bundles and configuration details page.

Issue with the Approval Workflow for the “Requester” role user on the Latest Version of the Store

Before Release

  • Previously, if a “Requester” role user created a cart on the store that contained any item with a $0 price then the user was not able to proceed with the cart even if the “Approval on Confirmation” flag was checked in the workflow.

After Release

  • The issue has been fixed. Now the “Requester” role will be able to proceed with the cart that has $0 item in it to cart confirmation page and send the cart for approval to the approver.

Sales Rep not receiving Mail even after clicking on the RFQ button on the latest version of the store

Before Release

  • Previously, the end customer was clicking on the RFQ button on the store. However, the associated sales rep was not receiving any notification of RFQ. This was happening because the end customer was immediately performing actions like closing the tab, minimizing the tab, closing the browser, etc., even before the ‘Quote Preview’ page was displayed.

After Release

  • The issue has been fixed. Now whenever the end-customer clicks on the RFQ button and immediately performs actions even before the ‘Quote preview’ page is displayed, the associated sales rep will still receive the RFQ notification.
